Clear and simple pricing helps you plan faster.

We rent our holiday apartment at a daily rate of € 124,- for 2 people.

For each additional person we charge an additional € 12,- per day.

Children up to 3 years old are free.

For your pet we charge € 10,- per day. You must bring your own food and equipment.

For the final cleaning we charge € 80,-.

A tourist tax of € 2.50 per person aged 14 and over per night must be paid. We will show this separately on the invoice and it is not included in the above prices. You can send us a request directly here.

Payment

Our offer becomes binding for both parties with the payment of the deposit, which will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

In case of cancellation or postponement, the deposit will be credited for a subsequent holiday in the same season.

For late cancellations within 14 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained as compensation.

In case of early departure, the total amount will be charged.

The final balance must be paid in cash on arrival or by bank transfer shortly before the start of the holiday or within 14 days of receiving our electronic invoice at the end of the holiday.

We are sorry, but we do not accept credit card payments.

Check In / Out

The house will be ready for check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to only wear slippers inside the apartment to protect the wooden floors.

Access to the building is possible via a code, which will be sent to you via email prior to arrival. Inside the building there are keys that can be used during the rental period. For further suggestions and warnings, please consult the internal regulations.

Check-out on the day of departure is at 10:00. Please leave the apartment clean, and dispose of waste in the appropriate containers correctly and separately.

Our house rules

Dear guests,

In our holiday apartment we want you to feel comfortable and relaxed. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope you find everything you need.

The following house rules are designed to help you have a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you understand. By treating your apartment properly, you help us provide satisfactory accommodations to you and other guests in the future.

General: If you are missing something in your furniture or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All items in the holiday apartment, on the balcony or in the garden can and should be used by guests. Please treat all furnishings with care and respect our home.

In advance: We kindly ask you to wear slippers in the apartment to protect the wooden floors.

Kitchen: Please treat kitchen equipment and appliances with care. Since no one likes a dirty kitchen, please store clean and dry crockery, pots and cutlery in the cabinets.

Please do not place hot pans and other hot items on tables or worktops without trivets. Always use a cutting board for cutting. Please leave the microwave and oven clean.

Pets: Pets are allowed after consultation with the landlord.

Please ensure that pets only enter the flat when dry. Pets are not allowed on the sofa or in the beds! The food and drink bowls may only be placed in the corridor.

Separate waste collection: Please use separate waste collection bags in the rubbish bins and throw them in the residual waste bin. Do not throw waste, food scraps, harmful liquids or similar into kitchen sinks, toilets, sinks or showers! Waste must be disposed of independently! Since we are obliged to strictly separate waste collection, please help us and carefully follow these provisions. Throw residual waste into the closed garbage bag in the black bin behind the house. The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and cans. For this purpose, special containers are available on the property.

Resources: Use water and electricity sparingly.

Cleaning: In case of accidents (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or worktops, etc.), please clean immediately. Leave the holiday apartment tidy when you leave!

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the holiday apartment. Dispose of completely spent cigarette butts on the balcony or in the garden in the rubbish bin.

Parking: You can park directly in front of the holiday apartment. Please only use marked parking spaces. The driveway must not be blocked! The owner is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles and their contents parked on the property.

Garden and balcony: Our guests can use the private garden with barbecue area (which must be left clean), sun loungers and numerous sitting chairs at any time. After use, store cushions for sun loungers, garden chairs and swings safely away from the rain.

Children can play in the areas adjacent to the apartment. Since the garden / playground borders a small stream, fenced but with a small pond in the lawn area, parents must supervise their children. The cleaning of the playground, the sandbox and the surrounding area is the responsibility of the parents. Please do not climb trees!

Environment: It is not permitted to enter the closed area of ​​the barn without the owner's consent! In the closed part of the barn there is a dog, which must not be let out and for any damage or accidents caused, the owner assumes no responsibility! Attention, this area is under video surveillance!

 

Night silence: Please respect the silence starting from 10pm (apartment and garden).

Video and audio recorder in a non-private area: access to the property, entrance and video-monitored parking!

Note: We would like to expressly point out that the holiday apartment can only be occupied by people registered with us!
